Safety has always been a top priority at Cintrl Drilling and remains a key focus for the company. The company continues to innovate and work with partners to improve safety standards and minimize the risk of accidents on site for the benefit of all stakeholders.

Why is jobsite safety so important?

Cintrl’s machines are designed with optimal safety features, however, ensuring jobsite safety depends on machine technology and operator behavior. Safety on any construction site is critical for a number of reasons. First, it ensures the safety of workers, visitors and bystanders, reducing the risk of accidents and potential fatalities. Second, it helps prevent long-term health issues caused by exposure to hazards such as construction machinery and complex site conditions at mine sites. In addition, prioritizing safety minimizes financial losses associated with medical expenses, legal fees and project delays. At the same time, a safe work environment improves productivity and allows workers to focus on their tasks without distraction or anxiety. Ultimately, a good safety record enhances the reputation of Cintrl and our customers, increasing trust and opportunities for future projects.

Here are some important tips for ensuring safe use of construction equipment.

1. Perform routine maintenance checks every day. Before starting each work shift, operators should conduct a thorough inspection of their machines. This includes visually assessing for any signs of damage or leaks, and the condition of the equipment.

2. Ensure the cleanliness of the rig operator's station. Operators must still be proactive in removing dirt, ice, or oil.

3. Pay close attention to telematics data to avoid any safety issues. Pay attention to comprehensive data on the rig, including its safety status. For example, frequent high-speed operation may indicate unstable operation and require additional operator training.

4. Understand the safety features of the machine. Because safety features vary from machine to machine, operators must always consult the operator's manual and receive relevant training to fully understand the available features and their critical role in avoiding accidents. This awareness allows operators to maximize the use of these features to improve safety. “Safety on construction sites is a top priority for Cintrl and the industry as a whole. Our commitment to safety goes beyond designing machines with optimal safety features; it also involves fostering a culture of responsibility and continuous improvement. By collaborating with our partners and stakeholders, we strive to raise safety standards and reduce the risk of incidents, ensuring the well-being of workers, visitors and the community at large.”
