Key Points for Daily Maintenance of Full Hydraulic Core Drilling Rigs
1. Hydraulic System
Regularly check the hydraulic oil level and quality. Add oil in time when the level is low. Replace the oil if its quality is poor. Change the oil every [X] hours or as required by regulations. Check whether the hydraulic oil pipes have leakage, damage or aging. Replace them immediately if there are any problems. Clean the radiator to prevent blockage from affecting heat dissipation.
2. Power System
When a diesel engine is used as the power source, check the levels of fuel, engine oil and water in the water tank. The fuel should be clean and the levels should meet the standards. Replace the fuel filter, engine oil filter and air filter every [X] working hours according to the working intensity and environment. Check the tension of the belt and adjust it as needed. Before starting, check the battery power and connections, and charge and clean the battery regularly.
3. Drilling Tools
Clean the debris on drill pipes, drill bits and core tubes immediately after use. Check whether there is wear, deformation or damage, and repair or replace them if there are any problems. Apply grease to the connecting parts. Store them properly and take anti-rust measures.
4. Rig Body and Others
Clean the dust and dirt on the rig body, and tighten the connecting bolts. Check the traveling parts. Keep the tires at the proper pressure. Check the tension and wear of the crawler belts and handle them accordingly. Lubricate the moving parts according to the manual. Check the instruments, sensors and control systems, and quickly troubleshoot and repair any faults....
